  • No Returns on Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Proof Required: A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim for damage, leakage, or missing items.
  • Eligibility for Replacement/Refund:
  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.
  • Refund Process:
  • Once the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
